On this coming Monday, February 11th, we will be holding officer elections for the 2013-2014 school year. Before the meeting, you may nominate yourself or any other active Flicker member (someone who has paid dues and attends regularly) for any officer position by sending us your nomination by this Sunday the 10th.
If you are nominated, be prepared to give a short campaign speech or say something about your interest in the position on Monday, because we will be asking nominees to give very short speeches and answer questions other members might have. All active members who attend this meeting may vote, and we’ll tally the votes then and there to determine who our officers for the next year will be.

Once elected, new officers will begin attending officer meetings and undergo training immediately. They will also be in charge of planning this Spring’s 48-Hour Video Race to begin preparing them for their duties next year.
